The King Room with Sofa Bed was okay, but it definitely had some issues. The mattress felt super soft and lumpy, which made for a rough night's sleep. The decor seemed a bit dated too, but I appreciated the spaciousness. Plus, the room had good natural light coming in through the big windows. It was kind of a mixed bag overall.

great stay but room needs updates
The corner unit we had offered a very quiet atmosphere which we appreciated during our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the balcony was a nice touch for relaxation.
The decor in our suite felt outdated and could use some modernization.

I spent one night at the Crowne Plaza and really liked the warm hospitality from the staff. They were friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The location is excellent, close to trees and restaurants, perfect for a stroll. The room was clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. However, I encountered some issues. The elevator had a persistent unpleasant odor, which was off-putting. Also, I faced delays during check-in, which stretched the process longer than expected. The breakfast options could be improved as well, lacking variety. The rate included a $10 parking fee that I wasn't informed about beforehand, which felt unreasonable. A little more transparency regarding costs would be helpful. The fitness center was a great perk, though. Overall, it has potential but could use some fine-tuning.

If you’re in the mood for some killer sushi, Umi Sushi is just a hop away, serving fresh rolls that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance. Plus, the hotel bar has a chill vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day. The staff also went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, which truly made our stay memorable!
But let’s keep it real—my room was a bit of a relic, more dated than I expected. Plus, the mattress felt like a sinking ship, making it hard to catch some Z's. Oh, and don't get too cozy. the windows don’t open, so fresh air enthusiasts might feel a bit trapped.

I had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the cozy room and the relaxing jacuzzi on the patio. The indoor pool was also a great spot to unwind after a long day. One minor bummer was that the chair at the desk wasn't the comfiest, but overall, my stay was delightful! 😊

Had a great interaction with the front desk. They were very friendly and supportive regarding my concerns about my service dog during check-in.
